Our products are manufactured and shipped from Sweden. Standard delivery time is up to 2 weeks, but it may be faster depending on production and shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

We are responsible for the item until it has been delivered to you. If delivery is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us at info@scrollipen.com and we will assist you in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure.
